Quality is delivered by compliance to the IAFT16949 quality system and by deploying a multitude of control and improvement tools gained through our vast automotive development and experience.

Statistical Process Control is fully implemented across all processes, with the effectiveness closely monitored and driven by identified KPI’s.
Investment in the latest verification equipment including AOI, AVI, Automatic hole counting, and 4-wire resistance testing provides robust checking and verification.
6 sigma is deployed throughout the plant for structured process improvement. Quality teams and our global support teams work with a “go-see” approach to ensure all customer expectations are met.
